I have no idea what this would be for... but I support it.
If it has a racy engine, and full-time rear-biased AWD... I support it all the more.
It is almost trying to look like an AMC/Chrysler alternative to the GMC Typhoon.

This was run in the Grassroots Motorsports yearly challenge, $2000 budget, 2wd runs a turbo 4.0, 230 rwhp, 290 tq at 7 pounds of boost. The challenge consists of drag racing, autocross, and concours, and I believe this jeep has won overall once or twice
